1. Flexible Access Billing: Candidate & Recruiter Frameworks

cantpath offers role-tailored platform engagement passes designed to maintain intentionality and momentum:

• Candidate Access Passes ($10 / 30 Days): Issued as single, non-recurring 30-day passes. Candidates are never locked into automated recurring subscriptions. When a pass expires, the candidate profile naturally drops out of active discovery feed circulation unless manually renewed.
• Recruiter Access Passes ($20 / 30 Days): Recruiters may choose between single 30-day one-time passes or opt into continuous monthly auto-renew billing processed through Stripe. Auto-renew subscriptions can be cancelled instantly with a single click inside account settings.
• Founding Recruiters Promotion (First 100 Corporate Work Emails): The first 100 recruiter accounts registered using a verified corporate/commercial email domain automatically receive a complimentary 180-day (6-month) Founding Recruiter Access Pass. Personal consumer email domains are strictly excluded from Founding Recruiter eligibility.

Universal Pre-Launch Promotion: All Candidate accounts and non-founding Recruiter accounts registered before December 1, 2026, automatically receive an initial 30-day platform access pass free of charge. Standard pass rules apply at the conclusion of the promotional trial window.

2. Matching Loops & 48-Hour Expirations

To eliminate conversation stagnation, cantpath enforces temporal momentum loops. When a match request or signal is initialized, the recipient has a strict 48-hour auto-expiration window to accept the link. If no interaction occurs within 48 hours, the match request automatically terminates and becomes void to keep workspace queues active.

3. The 5-Slot Active Match Limit Framework

To maintain premium intentionality and prevent candidate ghosting or corporate spam, all users are bound by a maximum threshold of 5 concurrent active matches. If your active inbox contains 5 open, ongoing, or unresolved conversations, the discover deck will pause, and you will be barred from swiping or receiving new matches until an existing thread is explicitly advanced, closed, hired, or dropped.

4. Stripe Identity Verification & Non-Refundability

To eliminate automated spam, bots, and fraudulent profiles, candidate validation is processed server-side via Stripe Identity integrations. The one-time $5.00 fee covers Stripe's underlying biometric/document matching data costs and processing margins. Once an identity check is initiated, this fee is fully non-refundable as verification processing resources are immediately consumed by verification engine protocols.

5. Biometric Consent & Data Privacy

By clicking "Verify My ID", you expressly consent to Stripe processing your government-issued identification documentation and biometric facial liveness scans in accordance with Stripe's Privacy Policy. cantpath does not store, capture, or retain direct access to your raw biometric signatures or full government ID numbers on our own cloud databases, preserving user privacy integrity.

6. Account Expiration & Data Purging

Upon the conclusion of your active platform pass or profile activity lifecycle, search visibility options are paused. If an unverified account remains inactive with no engagement for more than 90 consecutive days, historical profiles and placeholder parameters may be safely purged from our production indices.
