1. 30-Day Manual Access Pass
cantpath operations run on a fixed 30-day manual entry model. Candidate passes ($10) and Recruiter passes ($20) grant platform authorization for exactly 30 days. We do not use automated recurring subscriptions; users must explicitly choose to buy a fresh pass to retain active pipeline settings when their cycle expires.
2. Checkr Profile Verification Fees
Background screening verifications are processed server-side through Checkr integrations. The $32.00 fee covers individual record acquisition costs and platform coordination margins. Once submitted, this charge is fully non-refundable as background tracking fees are immediately consumed by screening database entities.
3. Account Expiration Policy
Upon the conclusion of your 30-day platform pass, messaging engines and search indexes are locked. If an account remains inactive with no renewal pass purchased for more than 90 consecutive days, historical chat threads and matching metrics may be safely cleaned from our production indices.
